Surge Technologies is looking for an Odoo Implementer to join our growing ERP team. The role involves working closely with customers to analyze business requirements, configure and implement Odoo solutions, conduct user training sessions, and support successful ERP deployments across different business sectors.
The ideal candidate has practical experience with Odoo implementations, understands business workflows, communicates effectively with customers, and can participate in both implementation and pre-sales activities. Candidates should be comfortable working in a dynamic environment with multiple projects and customer interactions.
Responsibilities
- Analyze customer business requirements
- Configure Odoo ERP modules
- Gather and validate requirements
- Conduct user training sessions
- Communicate with customer teams
- Coordinate with technical teams
- Provide Odoo support
Must Have
- Bachelor Degree or Higher
- Odoo implementation experience
- Strong business process understanding
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- ERP implementation knowledge
Nice to have
- Odoo functional certification
- Experience with accounting workflows
- Manufacturing process knowledge
- Basic Odoo technical knowledge
- Pre-sales presentation skills
